Online Shopping

You must register for a user account to shop on this site. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is completed. If you have difficulty placing an order, contact us for assistance.

We try our best to keep our prices as low as possible. All prices are subject to change. Cheryl’s Gourmet Chocolate reserves the right to make the final decision with any pricing discrepancies.

Local customers can choose to pick up an order or have it shipped. Shipping costs can be found under the “Shipping” tab.

We accept payments through PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Due to differences in screen resolution and the scanning process, products may vary slightly in color from images on the site.

Return Policies

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ship the items in the safest possible way. If items are damaged, please submit proof of damage within 48 hours. We will contact you to arrange replacement of damaged items.

Cheryl’s Gourmet Chocolate Shipping Errors Made

Inform us of any mistakes with your order within 48 hours of receipt. We will either exchange items or issue a refund. Authorization for exchanges or refunds must be made with us via email prior to you returning the items.

Customer Shipping Errors

CherylsGourmetChocolate.com will not be responsible for losses as a result of customer errors, such as incorrect shipping address. Please check your address and orders thoroughly before final checkout.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON DISCONTINUED/CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Inventory and Backorders

Every effort is made to keep our inventory accurate. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock. If you order something that is not in stock you will be notified by email and the item will be removed from your order. You will be issued a refund or store credit for a future order. We do not process backorders.

Information about you is collected when you register with us and/or place orders for products. Information is collected to process your order and manage your account. We will not share your personal information with other entities. Promotion emails may occasionally be sent to via email. If you wish to opt out of promotional emails, you can reply “STOP” at any time and you will be removed from our promotional email list.

Our website is secure and we do not hold credit card information on file. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable completing an order through our website, you can email (CherylsGourmetChocolate@gmail.com) your order including all item numbers, product descriptions and quantities.
